Google Apps has seen plenty of Exchange shops migrating over recently, from the smallest to large enterprises. The key thing here is going to be a mindset shift to allow IT Pros to start recommending and reselling Google Apps. We're a MS shop and while we have been providing Hosted Exchange services to our customers for a long time, switching to Google is a step that I can't wait to take - I just need to find a customer where the fit is right.
